WCS America Challenger Predictions Day 4

Yesterday's broadcast of WCS America was the first ESL disaster--inexplicably Nathanias was not obligated to cast it (he was in Europe casting something else), while Rotterdam was responsible for both casting and production and the latter was rife with problems (scoreboard Rotti! scoreboard!).  There was also a match (Minigun vs qxc) that wasn't played for reasons I missed (health perhaps?).  Of the games played Aligulac was a perfect 3-0 (I was 2-1); the ZvZ was the best match of the night (Hendralisk over Scarlett), although Illusion vs HerO featured the most unorthodox games.  Looking ahead to tonight's matches:

Getting to Challenger is a win for Nony and Aligulac's odds (97%) seem pretty spot on that we'll waive goodbye to the American in short order.

Aligulac gives Top the slightest of edges (50%); Kane hasn't played many BO3+ vs Protoss recently, but he's 4-5 of late (losing to Welmu); Top has been very good in ZvP recently (9-0), but all of those matches are against his fellow countrymen; the match is a toss-up, but I'll go with the Canadian for here.

I was shocked when Guitarcheese made it into Challenger and fully embrace Aligulac's sentiments that he'll be leaving shortly (71%).

Zicon small.png Nestea vs Ticon small.png iaguz

I'm a big fan of iaguz, but can he beat a fading NesteaAligulac certainly thinks so (82%!); Nestea hasn't played a foreigner in a BO3+ ZvT since September; I'm not sure anyone gets more ZvT practise than Aussie Iaguz; the odds are way out of whack, but I'll stick with them here.

Aligulac has Jaedong, Top, Sen, and iaguz moving forward, and I simply replace Top with Kane.
